1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 0coin platform, including the website at 0coin.pro, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and all services provided therein (collectively, the "Platform"). 0coin is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the Bangladesh market. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 0coin (the "Operator").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with 0coin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• 3Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and must keep that information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• 4Personal use only: You must use your 0coin account solely for your own personal entertainment. Using the Platform on behalf of another person, for commercial purposes, or in connection with any business activity is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services on 0coin you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid mobile number and a secure password. 0coin may also require email address verification as part of the registration process.

3.1 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 0coin requires you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must submit a government-issued photo identity document such as a National ID card or passport, and where applicable proof of address. 0coin may request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is finalised.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 0coin account credentials. Specifically, you must:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

0coin supports a range of payment methods designed for Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, BRAC Bank transfers, and major international card networks where available. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your 0coin account:

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests made from your 0coin account:

• 1The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• 2KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. If KYC documentation has not been submitted and approved, withdrawal requests will be queued until verification is finalised.
• 3Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless 0coin expressly approves an alternative method. This policy helps prevent money laundering and comply with payment processor requirements.
• 40coin targets a processing time of 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one business day. These are target times only; actual times may vary during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

0coin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible users (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general terms as well as any specific terms that accompany each individual Promotion at the time it is offered.

• 1Bonuses are credited to your account upon fulfilment of any stated qualification criteria, such as making a minimum qualifying deposit of a specified amount within a specified timeframe.
• 2All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement and any game restrictions will be stated in the specific Promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

0coin is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• 1Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, sharing game state information, or agreeing on betting patterns in peer-influenced games.
• 2Use of software tools: Using bots, automated betting scripts, AI prediction tools, or any other software designed to provide an unfair advantage or circumvent the Platform's standard operation.
• 3Fraud and chargebacks: Making fraudulent deposits, initiating unauthorised chargebacks with your payment provider, or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account.
• 4Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical malfunction in the Platform's software, games, or payment systems for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• 5Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity. 0coin is required by law to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 0coin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 0coin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of 0coin.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 0coin.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0coin's liability to any user in connection with the Platform is limited as follows:

• 10coin does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access to games, account functions, or payment processing. 0coin will not be liable for losses incurred as a direct result of planned or unplanned downtime.

9. Responsible Gaming

0coin takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides the following tools and policies to support safe play for all registered users:

• 1Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. A limit reduction takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• 2Session time reminders: You may set session time reminders on your account. When active, you will receive an on-screen notification when your gaming session reaches the duration you have specified.
• 3Self-exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gaming, you may self-exclude your account for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
• 4Age verification: 0coin reserves the right to request proof of age from any user at any time. Gaming by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

0coin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account and to withhold or forfeit any balance therein in any of the following circumstances:

• 1The user has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 6, the eligibility requirements in Section 2, or the bonus terms in Section 5.
• 20coin has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• 3The user requests voluntary account closure. Where an account is closed at the user's request and the account is in good standing, any remaining balance will be returned to the user via their registered withdrawal method after standard KYC checks have been completed.

11. Amendments to These Terms

0coin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects user rights or obligations — 0coin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised last-updated date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address associated with the affected account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 0coin does not make any specific representation as to the jurisdiction under which it operates, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

In the event of any dispute between you and 0coin, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of initial contact, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
